I’m not much of a fan of St. Patrick’s Day, but, as you are probably well aware, I have a thing for the Muppets (but not in the Furry way). So, I’m going against all natural instincts and posting this video. Happy St. Patrick’s to you hardcore revelers out there. Just remember, as nasty as green beer looks going down, it’s three times worse coming back up.

Y’know what sucks? Y’spend the day in your best leprechaun outfit, puking in the gutter, and no one even has the decency to tell you it’s Saint Pat’s! 😉

Charles — I’m totally with you. When I was little I used to beg my mom to put green food coloring in my milk on St. Patrick’s day. Then, I wouldn’t drink it because it looked weird.Lana — I’m glad there’s another Animal appreciator out there. He cracks me up.Sidney — Don’t get me wrong; I’ve got a good deal of the Irish in me. The rumor has it my Irish ancestor smacked a church official on the head with a garden implement after refusing to pay a higher tax, and subsequently had to beat it out of Ireland. Don’t know if it’s true or not, but it’s a good story. I just don’t enjoy the holiday.

An interesting thought on the green beer. I come from a long line of Irish glove makers so I’m happy to say Happy St. Patty’s Day!

I’d just as soon drink the old fashioned amber colored beer myself.
